My personal and professional trajectory
It all started on 10/21/1997 in São Paulo, where Ms. Márcia had me after a very peaceful birth that coincidentally (or not) reflected on my personality. This was my life until I was 14 years old when I started to have a great interest in opening electronic devices to see what was inside and try to fix or even customize things (obviously I broke almost everything I opened).
One day my parents - who always supported me in everything - gave me the famous Arduino, which is nothing more than a programmable electronic board. That's when I had my first contact with programming, using the C language. I was frustrated with the difficulty of the language and after testing some ready-made code templates, I left the sign aside and didn't get involved with programming for a few years.
My next contact with programming was in college, I decided to do Computer Engineering simply because I liked online games. I studied a lot during high school to pass the Universidade de Brasília, which was where I was living at the time. When I passed and had my first algorithms class it was love at first sight. I loved the course from start to finish, as I had many opportunities, from defeat and junior companies to exchange to the USA. I graduated in December 2020 in the middle of the pandemic with the final project on sentiment analysis in texts with artificial intelligence and machine learning.
At the end of my path, I was already working as a PJ for a small company, in which I was full stack, working with NodeJS on the backend and ReactJS on the front end. There I created two backends from scratch, integrated a payment gateway (pagarme), and created a web interface from scratch as well. It was my first professional experience (with two gains).
But after graduating I decided that I wanted something full-time in a bigger company, and that's when I started sending some resumes to different companies. After a few weeks (the market at that time was very hot), I received a response from IBM. After an intense selection process with 4 interviews, I passed as an Application Developer. I worked intensely at IBM, created applications using React Native and highly scalable web interfaces with NextJS, in addition to taking several certificates and learning a lot of new things.
After almost 1 year working at IBM and with no intention of leaving, I received an email from Banco do Brasil inviting me to take office. I had taken the Technology Agent exam last year because my mother insisted (she works there). After thinking a lot and clearing doubts with many people, I decided to go to BB, which is my current position.
